What we collect

Enquiry form. When you use the groups and party bookings form we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry.

Bookings. Table, brunch and darts bookings are made through our booking provider, Kyco (bookings.kyco.uk). They collect the details you enter and may take a deposit. Their privacy policy applies to that information.

Technical data. Our website host and security tools may log your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, manage your booking, run and secure the website, and meet legal obligations. Our legal bases are your request for us to contact you (contract), our legitimate interests in running the venue and website, and legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We share information only with providers who help us run the website and bookings, such as our web host, email provider (IONOS) and Kyco. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and normally no longer than 24 months. Booking records are kept for the period required for accounting and legal purposes.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed to work. If we add analytics or marketing cookies we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Contact us at hello@blockandgasket.com.
